Documents are encrypted using TLS 1.2+ during upload and download — the same standard used by banks and financial institutions.
Your documents are never used to train or improve AI models. Each analysis is a one-time, private processing event. No document content is retained for model improvement.
Uploaded documents are scheduled for deletion from our systems after analysis completes. Analysis results are kept for up to 30 days, then also scheduled for deletion.
We never share, sell, or license your documents to third parties. No advertisers, no data brokers, no external services. Your data stays yours.
No employee or contractor can view your uploaded documents. Access is limited to the automated processing pipeline only. All access is logged and audited.
You can request deletion of your analysis results before the 30-day retention period ends by contacting us.
